The Process
Step 1: Reach Out to Me!
The first step in the process is simple—just send me an email or fill out the contact form on the website. Please include your desired time frame and any questions you might have. If you're curious about what my summaries look like, I'm happy to share sample summaries to give you a clearer picture of what to expect.
Step 2: Moving Forward
If you decide to proceed, you'll sign a client service agreement, and a one-time fee of $150 will be due.
Step 3: Sharing Your Documents
Once we’ve scheduled the service, I’ll ask you to email me all the HOA documents you receive from the seller. If it's available, providing login information for the HOA’s website can be helpful, though I understand this isn't always possible.
Step 4: Your Summary
I typically deliver your detailed summary within 48 hours after receiving all the HOA documents and confirming receipt. Keep in mind, my analysis is based entirely on the information you provide, so the level of detail may vary.
Please note, I won't be making any decisions or recommendations; my goal is to provide you with a comprehensive summary that enables you to make the best decision for your needs.
