The first step in the process is simple—just send me an email or fill out the contact form on the website. Please include your desired time frame and any questions you might have. Step 2: Moving Forward

If you decide to proceed, you'll sign a client service agreement, and a one-time fee of $150 will be due.

Step 3: Sharing Your Documents

Once we’ve scheduled the service, I’ll ask you to email me all the HOA documents you receive from the seller. If it's available, providing login information for the HOA’s website can be helpful, though I understand this isn't always possible.

Step 4: Your Summary

I typically deliver your detailed summary within 48 hours after receiving all the HOA documents and confirming receipt. Keep in mind, my analysis is based entirely on the information you provide, so the level of detail may vary.
